Technorati and Authority
5. May 2007 – 09:19 byI have just had a look at Technorati to see which blogs are linking to me and tealised that Technorati has changed the number of inbound links from blogs for something called Authority now: 
The update seems to have happened last night; at least I didn’t notice the change last evening. Before the update Technorati displayed links in the form: xx links from yy blogs (if I remember correctly). As far as I can tell Authority is equal to the number of blogs.
There is also a nice and clean profile page now. For Not So Relevant it looks like this:
Other bloggers have noticed this as well; just have a look at Techmeme. But there is no entry on the Technorati blog yet.
