Award for OpenID

On Friday the Next Web Conference took place in Amsterdam and what would be a good conference without awards? Right, just an ordinary conference like many others.
So companies were awarded in eight categories and much to my surprise OpenID was awarded in the Disruptor category and left companies like Netvibes, 37 Signals, and Joost behind. Congratulations! Maybe there are more people aware of OpenID’s possibilities than I have thought. Good times.
