Awesome Numbers
22. June 2007 – 18:58 byDavid Recordon has posted an updated chart of the total number of OpenID Relying Parties yesterday. And it’s quite impressive to say the least. The numbers have more than trebled from January to June 21. Awesome! Of course, similar growth rates can’t be expected for the next months and years but it is evidence that OpenID is quickly becoming a standard for single sign-on.
I am pleasantly suprised. Now I just have to allow commenting with OpenID on this blog. I have tried several times but failed miserably. Will Norris’ plugin is causing errors and unfortunately I am not able to solve them by myself. I’ll keep trying, though.
